He left me on hold several times then finally conceded that his system isn't recognizing the S/N because they are no longer offering support for this product and that support for this product is now only available through the 'forum'. I was adamant that it was NOT invalid and reminded him that it was already 'authenticated' at installation. I called customer support (obviously in India) and spent 40 mins on the phone with absolutely no help! The operator kept insisting that my S/N was invalid. I just installed this program from a disc (still in original wrap - never opened - never previously installed - never previously registered).
